Nothing, all was good.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Aziziah area. The service was exceptional and the staff was friendly. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the provision of towels and free toiletries. The room had an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the dining options available here, and the staff was always ready to assist us.
This place is highly recommended for families.

You can see the glimpse of mina mountains from the front hotel rooms
Poor airconditioning system of the hotel rooms making persons sweat for the money he is paying .it was really a nightmare .I lost the comfort once I checked in the hotel room due to hot temperature inside.even after changing the room the same problem of cooling.i dont recommend any person going for pilgrimage to Makkah especially in summer to select this hotel.its far from He aram Makkah.paying for taxi is too high from Haram Makkah to Azeeziyah where the hotel is located esp during peak seasons like Ramadan n Hajj

The hotel is good in the price, but the services can be made better without any extra overhead to the hotel.
When I was looking for the booking I was looking for hotels providing shuttle buses to Holy Mosque and I found the hotel has such services. I was much disappointed when I found the shuttle services are time bound and at the same time Friday which holy day for Muslim no bus services were available in the early morning prayer. I am a regular visitor to other hotel which has regular shuttle services every 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel is also close to Haram and one can walk. Concorde Hotel can improve these services by arranging the shuttle service more regular. The difference I saved I spent on transportation.

The hotel was conveniently located near multiple stores and restaurants, making it easy to grab something to eat or drink on the go. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free wifi was a plus. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was reasonable.
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as there were some stains on the carpet and walls. the toiletries provided were limited.

During my Christmas stay, I had a lovely experience in this hotel. The Sehri buffet was a highlight, leaving me feeling full and satisfied. The free shuttle service to the nearby attraction was a great convenience, and the staff were always very helpful. the hotel's location was perfect - only a quick taxi ride away from the city centre.
The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom needed more thorough cleaning. However, these small inconveniences did not detract from my overall positive experience at this hotel.

1. Free car park.
1). Even the distance is quite far from Masjidil Haram, no transportation provided, so not recommended for those without vehicle. 2). During my stay, I was given a poor condition room with a/c, toilet flush and shower were not working till requested to change room. 3). Did booking through Booked.net , but hotel reception said they don't received my booking request, so you are advisable to make a confirmation call prior to your arrival.
